Returns & Exchanges
If you received faulty item, you can return an item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the merchandise purchase price. Refund will be for the purchase price, in the original form of payment. Original delivery and handling charges are nonrefundable. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

How to Order
Ordering online from the Rafiqa Online Store is easy! Simply choose the items you wish to purchase and add them, individually, to your shopping cart. Each time you add an item, you'll be able to view the entire contents of your cart with a total amount purchased so far. You will also be able to see which items are in stock and which items are sold out. When you are ready to checkout, click the checkout button and proceed to the secure checkout area.
We are currently delivering orders to eight countries only (Indonesia, Brunei, Singapore, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, US and UK). If your country is not listed here, you can email us to email@example.com
Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and are subject to change without notice. We currently accept direct payment from major bank in Malaysia including Maybank2u, CimbClicks, RHBonline, ALLIANCE Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. You will be redirected to your preferred payment channel when you proceed to check out. We also accept PayPal.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on this Web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
At Rafiqa.com.my, most orders ship out from our warehouse one day after payment received. Although most online orders process and deliver within 2 to 3 business days, please allow up to 4 to 5 days for delivery. (Shipping in Malaysia only).
